摘要
1973年至1989年,我院胸外科手术治疗并经病理证实的先天性支气管肺囊肿30例。本组治愈29例,死亡1例,其中行全肺切除7例,肺叶切除10例,囊肿切除13例。本文对鉴别诊断要点进行了讨论。
Thirty patents with congenital bronchopulmonary cyst were surgically treated and proved histologically in our hospital from 1973 to 1989. Of these patients, 29 cases were cured and one died of hypovolemic shock. The operative mathods were as followingpneumonectomy was performed in 7 cases, lobectomy in 10 cases and cyst excision in 13. The key points of the differential diagnosis had been discssed.
