摘要
报道31例先天性支气管肺囊肿的诊断与外科治疗体会。全部病例行手术治疗,无死亡,疗效满意.该病诊断需与肺结核、肺脓肿或支气管扩张症等疾病鉴别,虽系良性病变,应择期手术治疗.
This study reviewed the experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of congenital bronchopulmonary cyst from 1977 to 1996. All patients survived the operation and the follow-up showed satisfactory results . One should pay special attention to the differential diagnosis of this disease with pulmonary tuberculosis pulmonary abscess or bronchiectasis . Elective surgical treatment is inde-cated even though the lesion is benign.
