摘要
采用薄层层析使多菌灵与杂质分离，其Rf值为0.40，与杂质分离后的多菌灵以紫外分光光度法测定其含量。所得分析结果与已知值基本一致。方法误差在5%以内。
Using the thin layer chromatography for separating the effective component from carbendazim pesticide, the Rf of carbendazim is 0.40. After separating，using ultraviolet spectrophotometry for determing effective component，the analysis result is in accord with known data .The errors of this method have not gone beyond 5%.
