A method for manufacture of SOD－enriched lactic acid beverage is described that involves blending ,acid adjustment,2－stage homogenization and sterilization.The product has good organoleptic quality in terms of colour,taste and consistency,and a suitable SOD content,and gives nutrition and healthful function.
