摘要
对 4种类型 2 6个烟草品种种子的萌发特性进行了研究。结果表明 :供试品种的种子萌发高峰是在 4 8h内 ,萌发情况在前期相对稳定 ,且相对集中。各类型烟草品种间平均发芽率及标准差都有较大差异 ;各品种的种子累积发芽率皆可用Logistic曲线来描述 ,但品种间曲线的陡度和拐点却有所不同。
varieties of 4 tobacco types were investigated for detecting germination characters of seeds. Tobacco seeds germination characters were relative stable and concentrative during early stage, and the concentrated germination periods were in the first 48 hours. There were obviously differences of seed germination rates and their standard deviation among the tobacco varieties. Logistic curves could be used to describe cumulative germination rates of the tobacco variety seeds tested, but both gradients and inflection points were different among the varieties.
