摘要
讨论在药品生产企业管理中引入人本管理的概念以适应实施GMP的需要 ,包括 :增强企业领导人本管理的意识 ,完善激励机制 ,培养团队精神 ,健全人员培训制度 ,开创良好的企业文化。
This article discusses that pharmaceutical enterprises should introduce the humanistic management into the practice of GMP, including enhancement of the humanistic management sense as far as leading cadres are concerned, improvement in the function of encouragement, cultivation of the team spirit, perfection of the training system and development of the enterprise culture in order to meet the needs in carrying out GMP.
