摘要
用薄层荧光扫描法测定心可舒片中葛根素含量。以甲醇为溶剂 ,超声处理样品 ,氯仿 -甲醇 -醋酸乙酯 -水 ( 8 1∶9 4∶2 6∶4 )为展开剂 ,激发波长为 32 0nm ,进行单波长反射法线性扫描测定 ,平均加样回收率为 98 93% ,RSD为 1 78% (n =5)。
The TLC fluorescence scanning method for content determination of puerarin in Xinkeshu tablets was studied. The sample is solved in methanol by ultrasonic. Using silica gel G containing carboxymethylcelluolse sodium as the coating substance and chloroform-methanol-ethyl acetate(8 1∶9 4∶26∶4) as the mobile phase. The Linear refraction scanning at emission wavelength 320nm. The average recovery was 98 93%, and RSD was 1 78%.
