造血干细胞移植治疗某些恶性和非恶性血液疾病 ,可以达到临床痊愈 ,是现代医学发展的一个重要里程碑。 2 0世纪是造血干细胞移植术经历了萌芽、早期研究和发展的时期。如何完善此项技术、扩大其应用范围 ,是目前面临的巨大挑战。
