摘要
湿法备料是一种比较先进有效的工艺过程,它不仅能有效地除去原料中的杂物,还是一个完整的纤维预处理过程,因此最适合于外来杂物及无用或有害成份较多的非木纤维。本文分析与比较了当前国内外常见的非木材纤维湿法备料过程,并对我国常用的几种非木纤维制浆原料的湿法备料方法做了较深入的探讨。
Wet-preparation process has been proved to be effective not only in seperating varieties of contaminants from fibrous raw materials, but is also an important fiber pre^eatment. Therefore, it is especially suitable for non-wood fibers which usually contain higher level of detrimental or useless components and heavily contaminant. Here, various conventional wet handling systems for non-wood fibers have been analyzed and compared, and the wet-preparation methods for some species of non-wood fiber plants commonly used in China are discussed.
