摘要
对目前麦草制浆生产线各主要工序的设计作了一些分析与比较,认为干湿法备料、连续蒸煮、鼓式真空洗浆机洗浆、封闭筛选和CEH漂白工艺技术方案是目前100t/d麦草制浆项目较经济的方案。
According to the characteristics of wheat straw and the practical experiments of paper mills,the author compared and analyzed the different designs of the main sections of the fiber line such as raw material preparation,cooking,washing and bleaching etc,and con-cluded that for a wheat straw fiber line with the capacity higher than100t/d,the scheme of dry-wet raw material preparation,horizontal continuous digester cooking,vacuum drum washer washing,new screening concepts and CEH bleaching was recommended.
