高白度蔗渣硫酸盐浆漂白方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对蔗渣硫酸盐浆高白度漂白方法进行了研究。结果表明,在三段漂白的氯化段用二氧化氯代替部分氯(D/C)进行氯化,可以降低氯化浆的KMnO_4值,提高浆的聚合度和白度;D/C氯化方式,纤维各形态区域脱木素率高,浆中有机结合氯含量低,同时可以降低后继漂段的化学药品消耗。 碱处理通氧可以提高脱木素率,随氧压升高,脱木素作用增强。 采用D/C-Eo-D三段漂白,蔗渣硫酸盐浆的白度可以到86%以上,若将ClO_2分为两段加入,可以使浆的白度提高到88%以上。 The bleaching process and mechanisms of bagasse kraft pulp for high brightness have been studied.If part of the chlorine was substituted with C1O2 in chlorination stage (D/C) , the permanganate number and the content of organically bound chlorine in pulp may be decreased, and the DP and brightness of the pulp may be kept higher. In D/C process the delignification rate in the fiber wall was higher as compared with the conventional chlorination. On the other hand, the D/C chlorination led to decrease chemical consumption in the subsequent stage. Compared with conventional alkali extraction , EC extraction can increase the degree of delignif ication.When the D/C-E0-D sequence is used, the brightness of bleached bagasse kraft pulp can reach 86%. If the D stage was change into D1-D2, a bleached bagasse kraft pulp of over 88% brightness can be produced.
