摘要
研究了棉杆烧碱蒽醌法制化学浆和预水解烧碱蒽醌法制人造丝浆的适宜蒸煮条件，用Ｄ／ＣＥＤ，Ｄ／ＣＥ＿ＨＤ，Ｄ／ＣＥＤＥＤ流程进行了漂白试验。试验表明，用适宜的蒸煮条件，Ｄ／ＣＥＤＥＤ漂白流程可得到白度８７、聚合度１３９９和ａ－纤维素８５％的化学浆和白度８９、聚合度８３０、ａ－纤维素含量达９４％的人造丝浆。
Alkaline-anthraquinone pulping process of cotton stalks was studied. The optimum pulping con-ditions were NaOH 20%,AQ 0.1%,max. temperature 160℃ and 2h at 160℃, The pulp for rayon was ob-tained by prehydrolysis of the cotton stalks with water at 165℃ for 2h before the pulping process. Differ-ent bleaching processes were studied. The pulp was bleached to high brightness in D/C EDED sequence.The main characteristics of bleached pulp are brightness 87, DP 1399,a-cellulose 85.0%and those of thepulp for rayon are 89,830 and 94%respectively.
