棉杆制漂白化学浆和人造丝浆的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了棉杆烧碱蒽醌法制化学浆和预水解烧碱蒽醌法制人造丝浆的适宜蒸煮条件,用D/CED,D/CE_HD,D/CEDED流程进行了漂白试验。试验表明,用适宜的蒸煮条件,D/CEDED漂白流程可得到白度87、聚合度1399和a-纤维素85%的化学浆和白度89、聚合度830、a-纤维素含量达94%的人造丝浆。 Alkaline-anthraquinone pulping process of cotton stalks was studied. The optimum pulping con-ditions were NaOH 20%,AQ 0.1%,max. temperature 160℃ and 2h at 160℃, The pulp for rayon was ob-tained by prehydrolysis of the cotton stalks with water at 165℃ for 2h before the pulping process. Differ-ent bleaching processes were studied. The pulp was bleached to high brightness in D/C EDED sequence.The main characteristics of bleached pulp are brightness 87, DP 1399,a-cellulose 85.0%and those of thepulp for rayon are 89,830 and 94%respectively.
