食品中沙门氏菌的化学发光免疫快速检验 被引量:4

摘要 本文筛选出聚氯乙烯平片作载片固定细菌,再与一抗及 HRP 标记二抗温育,以化学发光免疫法测定了食品中沙门氏菌。以 P/N≥3作为阳性标准,测定了62份食品样品,结果与常规培养法相比,符合率为85.5%。如均不考虑增菌时间,用本法测定沙门氏菌仅需8~4h,约为传统方法所需时间的1/10。 In this paper,flat PVC film was screened to immobilize bacteria,which was incubated sequentially with the antibody and HRP-labelled second antibody,and refrom Salmonella was detected with the aid of chemiluminescent immunoassay(CTIA). When standard positive and negative Salmonella samples of food were tested by CLIA,the positive criterion for Salmonella in food was determined to be p/N>3.Using this crite- rion for CLlA,62 food samples were donble-blindly tested by CLlA and routine method for Salmonella and the rate of agreement was 85.5% when the time for proliferation was excluded,detection for Salmonella by CLIA took only3-4 h,which is just 1/10 of that needed by the routine method.
