摘要
实施素质教育,必须要克服忽视能力培养的倾向。应试能力、表达能力是学生学习和初就业阶段各转折点最具影响力的两种能力。良好的应试能力,是学生能在短暂偶然的时空点上,集中爆发自己才能的保证;良好的表达能力是充分展示自己学习成果的保证。二者都是重要的实践能力,都是素质教育的重要内容,也都是值得讨论的课题。
We have to overcome the tendency of neglecting ability training while carrying out quality education. Test-taking ability and expression are two influential abili-ties for students at the turning points in their studies and employment. Good test-taking ability is a guarantee of displaying their talents on a critical occasion; good expression is a guarantee of showing their academic achievements. Both of them are important practices and major contents for quality education. They are subjects worthy of discussion.
