摘要
农业发展的新阶段和加入WTO ,要求农业结构调整应从五个方面入手 ,即优质化战略 ;发展特色农业 ;注重农产品加工业 ;提高农业的产业化和组织化程度 ;发挥政府的引导作用。
Because China's agriculture has arrived a new stage and the request that China will enter WTO,we have to regulate the structure of agriculture.The regulation of agricultural structure should set about from five aspects,i.e.best quality of strategy;To derelop characteristic agriculture;Pay attention to the processing industry of agricultural products;Raising the degree of industrialization and organization of agricalture;To develop the guiding role of government.
