摘要
以休闲农场的选址特征为切入点,探讨了休闲农场选址的指标体系及选址评价模型的构建方法,提出了影响休闲农场选址的综合因素可分为区位条件、资源条件、立地条件、环境与旅游资源质量,通过评价模型对选址条件进行评分,认为得分在60-100分的休闲农场选址地是开发的重点或应予以优先开发。
Based on the location-choosing characteristics, the index system of location-choosing and the method to set up its evaluation model for a leisure farm are explored. Meanwhile it is suggested that the comprehensive factors affecting the location choosing for a leisure farm include located conditions, resource conditions, stand conditions, environment and tourism resource quality. By the evaluation model, the location-choosing conditions are evaluated, and it is concluded that the leisure farm locations with scores from 60 to 100 are important points or should be given priorities for development.
