摘要
目的探讨外周血T淋巴细胞激活释放的细胞因子在哮喘发病中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫法检测30例哮喘 患者及20名健康人血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-5、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平。结 果哮喘患者血清sIL-2R、IL-4、IL-5及TNF-α浓度均明显高于正常对照组。经糖皮质激素治疗后sIL-2R、IL──4、IL-5和 TNF-α浓度显著下降。结论T淋巴细胞激活释放的细胞因子在哮喘发病中起重要作用,糖皮质激素抗气道炎症作用,可能是通过抑制T淋巴细胞活化,减少细胞因子释放来实现的。
Objective: To investigate the role of T-lymphocyte activation and cytokine release in asthma pathogenesis. Methods The serum levels of soluble interieukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R), interleukin (IL)-4, IL-5 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α in moderately and severely asthmatic patients were measured by ELISA. Results Serum sIL-2R, IL-4, IL-5 and TNF-α levels in asthmatic patients were significantly higher than those in normal subjects, respectively. After daily oral administration of 20 mg prednisone for 7 d, serum sIL-2R, M, IL-5 and TNF-α were significantly decreased. Conclusion Cytokines released by activated T-lymphocytes play an important role in asthma pathogenesis and the therapeutic effect of steroid on asthma is partly due to inhibition of activated T-lymphyocyte and cytokine release.
