摘要
目的 观察金丝桃苷对抗心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。方法 观察金丝桃苷对冠状动脉结扎造成的急性心肌梗塞大鼠的梗塞面积以及对损伤大鼠血清中CPK、LDH和血清游离脂肪酸水平的影响 ;对用心电图ECG(LⅡ )记录注射垂体后叶素的大鼠心电图T波升高的幅度变化值 ;以及对异丙肾上腺素所致的大鼠心肌缺血的影响。结果 金丝桃苷(12 5、2 5mg·kg-1·d-1× 3,ip)降低冠状动脉结扎造成的急性心肌梗塞大鼠梗塞面积 ,抑制血清中CPK、LDH的升高和降低血清游离脂肪酸水平 ;对注射垂体后叶素的大鼠心电图T波升高有抑制作用 ;对异丙肾上腺素所致的大鼠心肌缺血模型动物可以抑制心肌组织中CPK释放 ,减少心肌组织中MDA生成和提高心肌组织中SOD的含量。
Objective To study the protective effect of Hyp. Methods The rats were occluded in anterior descenging branch of left artery for 48 hours and then the model was made, the CPK、LDH and disscoate fatty acid of serum and infarct area of myocardium were observed; the rats were injected by Pit and the T wave movementvalue was observed OL.The rats were injected by Iso and the SOD,MDA and CPK in serum and myocardium were observed. Results Hyp(12.5,25 mg·kg -1×3,ip) markedly depressed the infarct area in myocardial infarct rats,and inhibited the serum CPK, LDH and disscoate fatty acid in myocardium induced by coronary artery occluded;Hyp (100 mg·kg -1)depressed the T wave raisen by injection Iso in rats; Hyp (12.5,25 mg·kg -1×3,ip) inhibited the CPK and MDA content,but increased SOD activities in myocardium. Conclusion Hyp possesses a protective effect against myocardial injury.
