摘要
取卵巢癌变细胞经阶段离心、酶解、分子筛等处理得到不同糖肽，用凝集素亲和电泳法鉴别卵巢癌变细胞膜标志物。结果表明，卵巢癌变细胞膜糖肽与刀豆凝集素（ＣｏｎＡ）特异性结合，而正常卵巢细胞膜糖肽不与ＣｏｎＡ结合。提示ｃｏｎＡ特异性结合，糖肽可以作为卵巢癌变细胞膜标志物。

lectin affinity electrophoresis,The results showed thdt the glycopeptides from the ovarian
cancercell membrane could be bound to concanavalina(Cona)special was.but the glycopeptides
from nor-mal ovarian cell membrane could not.Therefore,the glycopeptides specially bound to
Cona Could beused as ovarian cancer cell membrane markers.
