摘要
目的研究视网膜母细胞瘤（ｒｅｔｉｎｏｂｌａｓｔｏｍａ，ＲＢ）细胞分化程度与转移的关系，探讨其对预后的影响。方法对１５４例ＲＢ病人的眼球标本进行组织病理学观察，比较分化型与未分化型ＲＢ二者肿瘤细胞转移比率、转移程度及平均确诊年龄。结果分化型ＲＢ的转移发生率为４７．０６％，未分化型为４６．７２％，但后者转移的严重程度高于前者。发生转移的细胞均为未分化细胞。分化型ＲＢ平均确诊年龄为９．４３月，未分化型为４０．５８月。结论分化型与未分化型ＲＢ的转移比率相似，但未分化型转移程度更重。肿瘤细胞在眼内存留时间越长，分化越差。
ObjectiveTo study the relation between degree of differentiation and metastasis in retinoblastoma(RB) and its influence on prognosis.MethodsEyeball specimens of 154 RB cases were observed histopathologically.The metastatic ratio,metastatic degree and age at diagnosis between differentiated RB and undifferentiated RB were compared.ResultsMetastatic ratio of differentiated RB was 47.06% and undifferentiated RB was 46.72%.Of the two,the metastatic degree in the latter was more than that in the former.The metastatic cells in both types were undifferentiated cells.The average age at diagnosis of differentiated RB was 9.43 mon,but in undifferentiated RB it was 40.58 mon.ConclusionThe metastatic ratio in 2 kinds of RB are similar;however,the degree metastasis is more severe in undifferentiated RB.The longer the tumor cells stay in the eyes,the poorer the degree of differentiation is.
