摘要
目的观察糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中抗氧化酶类的变化。方法对糖尿病大鼠发病后4、6、12和16周视网膜组织中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glu-tathioneperoxidage,GSH-Px)的活性以及脂质过氧化物(lipidperoxide,LPO)水平进行了检测。结果在各实验时点,糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中SOD和CAT活性明显低于对照组,LPO水平则显著高于对照组。结论糖尿病大鼠视网膜中抗氧化机能显著降低,这种变化可能在糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展中起重要作用。
ObjectiveTo study the changes of antioxidase in retina of diabetic rats.Methods32 Wistar rats were used in this study for two groups:experiment and control group.The rats in experiment group were induced diabetes with streptozotocin.Activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidage(GSHPx),and the levels of lipid peroxide(LPO) in retinal tissues had been measured in experiment and control group after the occurrence of diabetes.ResultsDuring the experimental peroid,the activities of SOD and CAT in the retina of diabetic rats were significantly lower than that of the control,but the LPO levels in retina of diabetic rats were markedly higher than that of the control.Diabetic rats were associated with decreased retinal SOD/LPO and CAT/LPO significantly.These changes became more pronounced with the prolongation of diabetic course.ConclusionThe retinal antioxidant function in diabetic rats decreased obviously and this change might play an important role in the development of diabetic retinopathy.
