摘要
目的：观察滋养肝肾、活血化瘀复方制剂对实验性糖尿病大鼠视神经组织形态的影响。方法：用四氧嘧啶造成Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠糖尿病模型，于造模后７天开始给中药复方制剂灌胃６个月，以达美康作对照。光镜下观察比较大鼠视神经组织结构。结果：中药治疗组的糖尿病大鼠视神经纤维退变和神经髓鞘脱失的程度均显著低于阴性对照组和阳性对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１，０．００１）。结论：滋养肝肾、活血化瘀中药有减轻实验性糖尿病大鼠视神经病理损害的作用。
OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of the compound medicine composed fromliver and kidney-nourishing,blood flow-activating and stasis-removing traditional Chinese medi-cine on the tissue morphology of experimental diabetic rats optic nerve.METHODS:Seven daysafter the animal model of diabetes was introduced by alloxan,the Wistar rats in the observationgroup were administrated with the compound traditional Chinese medicine while those in the posi-tive control group were administrated with diamicron,both for 6 months.The tissue morphologyof the optic nerve was examined under optical microscope,RESULTS:The degrees of the degener-ation and the myelinolysis ofoptic nervous fibers in the treated group were significantly lower thanthose in both the positive and negative control groups(P<0.01 or P< 0.001).CONCLUSION:liv-er and kidney-nourishing, blood flow-activating and stasis-removing traditional Chinese medi-cine could alleviate the pathological damages of optic nerve in experimental diabetic rats.
