摘要
农业综合开发通过改变绿洲中的水、土、气、热条件组合对绿洲农业生态环境产生直接影响。农业绿洲生态与环境总体趋势变好,局部问题突出,是当前新疆农业绿洲生态与环境的基本现状。农业综合开发对生态环境既有有利影响,又有不利影响。在正确评估的基础上,提出相关对策,为新疆农业综合开发规划提供决策依据。
Agricultural integrated development in the arid zone not only has a intimate relationship with the construction of agricultural Oases in Xinjiang ,but also has an direct effect on agricultural eco environmental quality for it by changing the situation of water, soil, atmosphere and temperature of Oases. The basic situations of agricultural eco environment of the oases, we consider, are that total tendency of eco environmental changes are developing according to good direction and some problems are becoming serious in local areas. The existing problems mainly include soil secondary salinization, soil sandification, descent of soil fertility, partial pollution increasingly and environmental self purification decreasingly. With the development of Xinjiang agriculture, it has either good impact or bad effect on the agricultural eco environment of the oases. The human proper productive activities may enlarge the ranges of the oases, improve the local climate,reduce the ecological pressure for grassland and forest, raise the ratio of utilizing of water resources.Conversely,led to abandoned exploiting and utilizing of natural resources, especially water resources,and the ecological environment has deteriorated.Based on the assessment above, the counter measures are presented for guiding the agricultural integrated development.
