摘要
本文在简要分析新形势下西部特色农业优势和劣势的基础上 ,提出了一些西部发展特色农业 。
Based on the brief description of the advantages and disadvantages of West China in developing the characteristic agriculture under new situations, some development countermeasures and advisable policies were put forward in how to develop the characteristic agriculture and promote the high-speed changes from resources advantage to economic advantage in West China.
