摘要
本文研究了在碱性介质中,锡(Ⅳ0-溴化二甲氨基苯基萤光酮(BDMAF)-溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)-Tween-80体系的高灵敏配合显色反应,反应的适宜酸度为10.0—11.52,配合物的最大吸收在560nm表现。值为9.5×1051·mol-1·cm-1,锡含量在0.2-7.5μg/25ml范围内服从比耳定律,研究了外加离子的干扰拟定的方法可用于Ph(NO3)2中微量锡的测定.
A colour reaction of Sn(Ⅳ ) with bromopyrogallol rad (BDMAF)Tween-80and cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) has been studied spectrophotometricauy Sn (Ⅳ)forms a redpurple complex with the abovereagents at PH 10. 0~11. 52 exhibiting maximum absorption at 560 nm Beer' s law isobeyed for Sn(Ⅱ ) in the range of 0. 2-7. 5μgin 25 ml with the molar absorptivity of 9. 5×105 1· mol-1 cm -1. The effects of Sn(Ⅳ)are examined microamoumts of Sn in pure Ph(NO3)2have been determined.
