摘要
溴化二甲氨基苯基萤光酮 ( BDMAF)是一种新的萤光酮类显色剂 ,本文研究了在碱介质中有两种以上不同表面活性剂存在下 ,锡 ( IV)—溴化二甲氨基苯基萤光酮 ( BDMAF)—溴化十六烷基吡啶 ( CPB)—十二烷基硫酸钠( SDS)体系的高灵敏显色反应 .反应的适宜酸度为 p H=1 0 .0 - 1 1 .5 0 ,配合物的最大吸收峰在 5 6 0 nm,表观 ε值为 9.5× 1 0 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1.锡含量在 0 .45 μg/2 5 m L范围内服从比耳定律 ,研究了外加离子的干扰 。
It is reported in this paper that in the presence of CPB and SDS, tin (IV) reacts with BDMAF in alkaline solution to form a complex with its absorption maxima at 560nm , and molar absorptivity of 9.5×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer's law holds in the concentration range of0~4.5μg/25mL for tin(IV). The proposed method proves to be sensitive and selective, and has been applied to the determination of tin in steel samples with satisfactory results.
