摘要
本文通过分析二十辊轧机的受力情况,得出辊系稳定性的计算公式。并以辊系刚度最大为目标函数,对辊系尺寸进行了优化计算,提出了辊系尺寸的合理配置方法。
Through analyzed 20-high mill roll system force equalibrium relationship. the formula of roll system stability has been derived. Taking roll system rigidity maximum as target function, the optimum calculation of roll system size has been carried out. The rational disposition methods of roll system is proposed in this paper.
