摘要
轧制过程中轧辊位置的稳定影响到轧辊轴承、轴承座等部件的使用寿命以及轧件质量。本文对四辊轧机工作辊的稳定性问题进行了研究,在分析辊系受力的基础上,补充了传动系统对工作辊稳定的影响,给出了较为符合实际情况的计算公式,对于四辊轧机辊系的设计,尤其是开口度较大的热轧机的辊系设计,具有重要的参考价值。
The study is the made on the stability of work rolls of 4-high rolling mill in this paper. Based on the analysis of the mechanical characteristic of the roll system,the effect of driver system on the stability is added,and the theoretical formula is obtained that is suitable for real conditions.This will be very important for the design of 4-high rolling mill,especially, hot rolling mill with large roll gap.
