摘要
目的：研究细胞周期素 Ｄ１ （ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１）表达对肾母细胞瘤的影响。方法：应用原位杂交技术检测 ２３例肾母细胞瘤 ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１ 表达情况。结果：１５ 例检测到ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１ 表达阳性细胞，表达指数 ５６％ ～４３９％ 。ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１ 表达阳性组瘤体重量显著大于阴性组（ Ｐ＜ ００５）；ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１ 高表达者瘤体重量明显大于低表达者（ Ｐ＜ ００５）。临床晚期标本ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１ 表达指数明显高于早期标本（ Ｐ＜ ００５）；不同组织类型标本 ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１ 表达指数无显著性差异（ Ｐ＞ ００５）。ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１ 表达指数与瘤体重量呈正相关（ｒ＝ ０５３， Ｐ＜ ００５）。结论：ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１表达与肾母细胞瘤发生发展关系密切；过度表达时，肾母细胞瘤细胞增殖周期演进快，肿瘤生长迅速，预后不良。
Objective:To investigate the effects of cyclin D 1 expression on development of nephroblastomas.Methods:Expressed product of cyclin D 1 gene was detected by in situ hybridization technique.Results:Positive cell of cyclin D 1 expression was detected in 15(65 2%) cases.Cyclin D 1 expression index was 5 6%～43 9%.Tumors weight was significantly heavier in patients with cyclin D 1 gene positive expression than in patients without expression of cyclin D 1( P <0 05).Tumors weight of patients with cyclin D 1 overexpression was heavier than that of the patients with low expression of cyclin D 1( P <0 05).Cyclin D 1 expression was lower in patients with early stage than in patients with advanced stage ( P <0 05).There was positive correlation between cyclin D 1 expression index and tumors weight ( r=0 53,P<0 05) .Conclusion:There is a significant relation between cyclin D 1 expression and growth of nephroblastoma.Overexpression of cyclin D 1 is correlated with the rapid proliferation and poor prognosis of nephroblastoma.
