摘要
目的介绍髌骨骨折内固定的新方法。方法用可调式髌骨骨折整复器治疗髌骨骨折４４例。结果患者术后不需外固定，能做早期功能锻炼。根据术后膝关节活动范围，骨折复位和愈合３个方面综合评分，优４１例，良３例，优良率１００％。结论该方法操作简便，固定效果好，患者功能恢复满意。
Objective To introduce a new method of patellar fracture fixation. Method 44 cases of patellar fracture were treated by adjustable reductor. Results Early functional exercises can be done without external fixation. The patients were evaluated according to the postoperative row(range of motion),and the degree of fracture reduction and recovery.41 casese achieved excellent results and 3 good. The satisfactory rate is 100%. Conclusion The method is simple, good and effective, and patients can get satisfactory functional recovery.
