摘要
目的介绍自行设计的可拆卸股骨颈骨折整复器及其应用效果。方法应用该整复器治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折１５２例，对其临床资料及整复器的结构特点进行总结分析。结果１５２例中，随访１３２例，随访时间２～４年，优１０１例（７６．５％），良３１例（２３．５％），骨折均愈合，无股骨头坏死或塌陷。结论该整复器适用于各种类型的股骨颈骨折，固定坚实，操作方便，简单易行，创伤小。
Objective To introduce a self designed detachable femoral neck fracture reductor and its effect in clinical application. Methods 152 cases of fresh femoral neck fracture were treated with the reductor. The clinical data and the structural feature of the reductor were analyzed. Results 152 cases of fresh femoral neck fracture have been treated and 132 cases followed up for 2￣4 years. Satisfactory and good results were obtained in 101 cases(76 5%) and 31 cases(23 5%) respectively. All fractures healed as scheduled without necrosis or collapse of the femoral head by using the reductor. Conclusions The reductor can be applied to treat all kinds of femoral neck fractures, with the merits of reliable fixation, convenient operation, simple performance, little trauma and easily popularizing.
