摘要
目的解决髂骨截骨延长术后植骨块压缩、吸收和移位问题。方法设计制作骨盆支撑内固定钉，行小儿麻痹后遗症下肢短缩畸形，髂骨截骨延长术内固定３２例。结果经１～４年随访，平均延长３．４ｃｍ，功能恢复满意，步态明显改善，未发生严重并发症，优良率为１００％。结论该钉具有牢固的支撑内固定作用，避免了术后的回缩、吸收和植骨块移位，卧床时间短。
Objective To solve the problem of compression and absorption and displacement of the grafting bone after lengthening osteotomy of ilium. Methods 32 cases of polio sequela were treated by internal fixation with self designed pelvic strut nailing. Results With follow up within the period from 1 year to 4 years,leg lengthening in these patients was 3 4 cm on average, recovery of function was satisfactory, and the gait improved significantly. No complication occurred. The excellent rate of the operation is 100%. Conclusion The nailing has stable internal fixation and avoids compressing, absorbing and displacing after operation. The bed time is short, and the union is quick.
