摘要
本文对儿麻后遗症肢体短缩畸形患者，行骨盆截骨延长时，采用自行设制的“骨盆支撑内固定钉”进行内固定；着重对该手术可能发生的意外进行了分析探讨，并针对原因，提出了具体的处理方案。避免了手术的并发症，提高了手术疗效。
The auther used a home-designed pelvis pin for supporting internal fixation in patient with
deformity of lower limb causedby poliomyelitis during pelvic lengthening osteotomy.This paper
chiefly discused all kind of possible accident in the operation,andpresented plans of
treatment.Thus,complications of this operation could be avoided,and improved results of
operation.
