摘要
目的探讨足跟部软组织缺损的治疗方法。方法采用足弓内侧筋膜岛状皮瓣修复１６例足跟部软组织缺损。面积３ｃｍ×２ｃｍ～５ｃｍ×３ｃｍ，足底内侧动静脉为蒂的１３例，足底外侧动静脉为蒂的３例。结果术后皮瓣全部成活，行走功能良好；皮瓣成活后有感觉存在，未见磨损溃疡发生。结论该方法是修复足跟部皮肤缺损较好的方法之一。
Objective To investigate the method for the treatment of soft tissue defect on the heel.Methods 16 patients with soft tissue defect on the heel ranging from 3 cm×2 cm to 5 cm×3 cm were treated with fasia island like flap from medial arch of foot, 13 patients of whom were adopted the flap with the medial plantar arterio veneus pedicle,while 3 patients of whom with the lateral plantar arterio veneus pedicle. Results The flaps in all the patients survived after the operation,walking function was good and the senses of the flaps remained without ulcer. Conclusion It is a good way to repair the soft tissue defect on the heel with fasia island like flap from medial arch of foot.
