摘要
目的探讨应用足底内侧皮瓣转移修复足跟部软组织缺损合并跟骨骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法应用足底内侧皮瓣转移修复16例足跟部软组织缺损合并跟骨骨髓炎病例，缺损面积3．0cm×4．0cm～5．0cm×8．0cm，病程3～13个月。结果16例皮瓣均成活，随访3—20个月，所有皮瓣外形和感觉良好，跟骨骨髓炎治愈。结论足底内侧皮瓣是修复足底软组织缺损合并跟骨骨髓炎的较为理想的方法。
Objective To explore and evaluate the clinical effect of repairing heel soft tissue defect accompanied with calcaneal osteomyelitis by the island medial plantar flap. Methods Sixteen cases with heel soft tissue defects accompanied with calcaneal osteomyelitis were treated by medical plantar island flap. The defect areas ranged from 3.0 cm× 4.0 cm- 5.0 cm× 8.0 cm . The disease courses ranged front 3 months to 13 months. Results All flaps survived completely. All cases were followed up for 3 -20 months. The figure and feeling of the flaps were good. The calcaneal osteomyelitises were treated completely. Conclusion It is an ideal method to treat the heel soft tissue defects accompanied with calcaneal osteomyelitis.
