摘要
报告心脏人工机械瓣膜替换术３６例，植入瓣膜４２枚，二尖瓣替换２８例；主动脉瓣替换２例；二尖瓣及主动脉瓣联合替换６例，占同期体外循环心脏直视手术的２７％。手术早期死亡１例（２．７％），其余均康复出院。术后随访１～１３个月，心功能得到明显改善，恢复了劳动能力。本文对手术时机的选择、手术要点及手术过程中的心肌保护进行分析、探讨。认为，心脏瓣膜病变致瓣膜严重损坏者，及时实施心脏瓣膜替换是挽救病人生命的唯一有效方法。
cases (42 valves) of cardiac valve replacement with man-made mechanical prothesis were operated. of them, 28 cases were mitral valve replacement, 2 cases were aortic valve replacement, and 6 cases were mitral valve and aortic valve replacement together.The results are: only one case dies in the early period of operation, the others are recovery form the disease. after 3 months of follow-up survey, their cardiac function are improved greatly, all recover their work ability. Additionally, the choice of operation time,the key of operation, and tile protection of myocardium were allso analyzed and disscussed. From above we may conclude that cardiac valve replacement is the only way of saving the patients'live for those serious valvulopathy.
