摘要
:[目的]探讨椎管内神经鞘瘤的早期诊断与治疗。[方法]对43例椎管内神经鞘瘤进行回顾性分析。[结果]早期确诊率为44 % ,40例全切 ,3例大部切除。术后随访2个月至3年 ,95%的患者症状全部或部分缓解。[结论]MRI对诊断有重大意义。手术力争全切 。
To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of intraspinal neurinoma . A retrospective investigation was made in 43 cases with intraspinal neurinoma during 1986～2000. The accuracy of diagnosis in early stage was 44%.All the 43 cases received operations , 40 complete resections and 3 subtotal resections. The follow_up from two months to three years showed that complete or partial symptom relief was found in 95% of the patients.[Conclusion] Accurate diagnosis in early stage depends on detailed medical history ,physical examination and imaging examinations . MRI is the most important diagnostic procedure. Complete resection of the tumors may result in good prognosis. The percentage of complete resection could be increased by microsurgery.
