摘要
目的:探讨椎管内神经鞘瘤的临床诊断和手术治疗经验。方法:总结我院自1993年2月～2004年10月收治的75例椎管内肿瘤的临床表现、影像学资料、手术方式以及手术前后患者脊髓或神经功能改善的情况。结果:MRI检查显示对病变性质和部位诊断有重要意义;75例患者肿瘤均完整切除、病理证实,所有患者术后神经功能均有明显恢复。结论:影像学检查对神经鞘瘤有较高的诊断率,最终确诊依赖于病理诊断;椎管内神经鞘瘤治愈率高,早诊断、早手术、临床效果好。
Objective： To explore the clinical diagnosis and surgical experiences on management of the intraspinal neurinoma. Methods： Seventy-five cases of intraspinal neurinoma were retrospectively investigated from 1993 to 2004. All characteristics of the cases were recorded and analyzed carefully, including the clinical manifestation, the radiculopathy document, been spinal cord or neural function and the surgical management. Results： The MRI showed significance for the characteristics and position of the tumor. All the tumors of the 75 cases were cut completely and were certified by pathology, and the patients all got obviously recovery. Conclusions： The MRI is sensitive for the intraspinal neurinoma, but the final diagnosis is verified by pathology. The patient with intraspinal neurinoma will get a good clinical result, if early diagnosis and operation can be conducted.
