摘要
[目的]观察苦参碱 (吗特灵注射液 )加化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效和毒副反应。[方法]126例患者随机分成治疗组65例 ,化疗同时联用吗特灵注射液 ,对照组61例单纯化疗。[结果]治疗组有效率48 4 % ,对照组有效率39 0 %。毒副反应 :白细胞下降Ⅲ～Ⅳ度治疗组有5例(7 7 %) ,对照组有15例(24 6 %) ,两组比较有显著差异(P<0 01)。Ⅲ度以上恶心、呕吐发生率治疗组12 3 %、6 2 % ,对照组57 4 %、42 6% ,两组比较有显著差异(P<0 01) ,卡氏评分治疗组升高42例(64 6%) ,对照组18例(29 5 %) ,两组比较有显著差异(P<0 01)。[结论]吗特灵联合化疗对中晚期肿瘤具有减轻毒副反应 ,提高病人的生存质量的作用 。
To study the effects and side effects of kosam(Mateling)combined chemotherapy in advanced malignanies. One hundred and twenty_six cases with cancer were randomly divided into two groups,65 cases were Mateling combined chemotherapy (Group A);the other cases were chemotherapy only (Group B).The response rate with group A and B is 48 4% and 39 0% respectively.Neutropenia at Ⅲ～Ⅳ degree was found in 5 cases (7 7%) and 15 cases (24 6%)with group A and B,respectively,and there was significant difference (P<0 01)between two groups .The proportion of vomiting and nausea with Ⅲ～Ⅳ degree was 12 3% and 6 2% in group A;57 4% and 42 6% in group B respectively.It was significantly different(P<0 01) in 2 groups.The Karnofsky Score improvement was found in 64 6% and 29 5% with group A and group B respectively (P<0 01).[Conclusion]Mateling can reduce side effects of chemotherapy and can improve the quality of life.So the combination of Mateling with chemotherapy was safe,feasible and effective in treating the malignant tumors.
