摘要
富氧焙烧已在冶金、化工等行业的某些方面得到了广泛应用 ,以两套不同原料的 40kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置为例 ,从技术、经济两方面分析 ,采用富氧空气替代空气焙烧硫铁矿的可行性和经济合理性。结果表明 :使用 110 0m3 /h氧气后 ,对装置进行改造 ,生产能力分别增加 2 7 5 6 %、32 6 0 % ,总转化率提高到 99 5 1%、99 6 2 %以上 ,工厂吨酸成本分别降低 32元、31 2元 ,改造的投资回收期分别为2 30年、1 34年 。
The process of calcining with oxygen enriched air has been widely used in some fields of metallurgical and chemical industries.Taking two 40?kt/a pyrite based sulfuric acid plants with different raw materials for example,the author,from both technical and economic points of view,analyzes the feasibility and economic rationality of calcining pyrite with oxygen enriched air instead of air.The result shows:revamping the plant with 1?100?m 3/h oxygen can increase the production capacity by 27.56% and 32.60% respectively,increase the total conversion percentage to above 99.5% and 99.62% respectively,and lower the cost per ton of sulfuric acid by 32 yuan and 31.2 yuan respectivel;the payback period of investment will be 2.30 years and 1.34 years respectively;and emission of tail gas can meet the standard requirement.
