摘要
本文利用目前国内膜组件和鼓风机、医用泵、水环泵、无润滑空气压缩机的性能、单价及工业电价等数据,并通过IBM 计算机计算,获得了加压法、减压法及回流等情况下,卷式膜富氧组件的最优成本,结果表明:回流仅能用于加压法操作;而且Yo_2和E_p 越大,回流就越有用;Ⅰ的u_∞比Ⅱ、Ⅲ的u_∞大得多;至于乃Ⅱ还是用Ⅲ,可方便地用下式确定:Yo_2=30.902-0.196E_p当Yo_2小于上式算出的Yo_2时,用Ⅲ较经济,否则应用Ⅱ.
The optimum cost of oxygen enriched with spiral-wound membrane moduli has been evaluatedusing an IBM computer under conditions of the pressure and the vacuum modes of operation(PMO andVMO)with recycle on the basis of data on industrial power rates(E_p)and performances and unitprices of the blower.The vacuum pump.The non-oil air compressor and the membrane module at pre-sent in China.The results show that the recycle is only to be used for PMO,and the greater the valueof Yo_3(oxygen concentration)or E_p,the more economical the recycle.When the value of Yo_2 neededis less than that computed by the following formula:Yo_2[%]=30.902-0.196E_p[fen/kW-h]PMO is better than VMO.
