摘要
用正交实验结果作方差分析表明 :溶剂用量对试验结果有较显著的影响 (α =0 .10 ) ,提取温度对试验结果也有较大的影响 ,而提取时间对试验结果的影响不显著。喜树叶中水溶性糖的提取最优方案是A3C2 B3,即溶剂用量为 6 0mL ,提取温度 80℃ ,提取时间 6 0min ;喜树枝中水溶性糖的提取最优方案是A2 C2 B1,即溶剂用量为 4 0mL ,提取温度 80℃ ,提取时间 2 0min。通过对喜树叶与枝的成对比较分析 ,叶与枝的水溶性糖含量无显著差异。
Variance analyses by using the results of orthogonal design experiments show that solvent volume and extracting temperature both have obvious influences on the experimental results ( α =0.10). However, the influence of extracting time on the experimental results is not obvious. The best scheme of extracting soluble sugar from Camptotheca acuminata Decne leaves is A 3 C 2 B 3 :solvent volume 60ml, extracting temperature 80 ℃ and extracting time 60 min; while the best scheme of extracting soluble sugar from Camptotheca acuminata Decne branches is A 2 C 2 B 1 :solvent volume 40ml, extracting temperature 80 ℃ and extracting time 20 min. The comparative analyses of Camptotheca acuminata Decne leaves and branches show that the difference between contents of soluble sugar in the leaves and branches is not very much.
