摘要
介绍了脉冲振动磁场磁选柱组成、基本原理以及实验室小型试验结果。该设备利用充电和放电过程产生较高的磁场 ,并采取控制电路使充电和放电过程强制中断 ,产生一定频率的振动磁场。它既利用磁团聚又强烈破坏磁团聚 ,分选效果明显优于现行的弱磁选设备。
The composition,the basic principle and the laboratory test results of magnetic column with pulsating vibration magnetic field are described.The equipment makes use of the high intemsity magnetic field formed during the process of charge and discharge and uses the control electric circuit to make the charge and discharge process interrupted so as to produce a magnetic field vibrating at certain frequency,It both makes use of and strongly destroys the magnetic agglomeration and has a separation efficiency remarkable better than that of the existing low intensity magnetic separators.
