摘要
本次试验研究的铁矿石属于贫磁高氧化矿石,针对矿石性质采用单一磁选流程难以获得高质量的精矿。试验研究表明,采用磁选-再磨磁选-反浮选提质降硅、降硫联合流程,铁精矿品位达63.78%,回收率78.54%;铁精矿硫的含量降到0.15%以下。
The iron ore tested is low-grade high-oxidized magnetite that cannot be well beneficiated through mono-magnetic scparation. The flowsheet of "magnetic separation-fine grinding-magnetic separation-inverse flotation" has been tested achieving 63. 789/0 grade concentrate (silica content(0. 15%) and 78.54% metal recovery.
