摘要
系统工程原理是建立水体下采煤综合研究技术体系的基本理论 ,文章由此出发全面阐述了该体系的研究内容与方法 ,测试技术与手段以及实施步骤 ,为正确评价水体下采煤的安全合理性。
The theory of system en gineering is the basic theory that constructs the synthetic technology system in underwater mining study. Inspired by this conception, the author comprehensively expounds the study contents and methods, test technology and means, and its carry out steps. All of these provide guarantee for correctly evaluating the safety and rationality of underwater mining, deeply studying and truly mastering the underwater mining technology, and achieving to the safe and rational underwater mining.
