摘要
研究了以乙二醛为原料 ,经氧化、缩合等步骤合成尿囊素工艺 ,提出了缩合反应机理 ,证明产品滤液回收套用可以提高收率。产品结构经熔点测定。
This article investigates the technology of synthetic allantion by oxidation and condensation with glyoxal as it's meterial,brings forward the principle of condensation reaction, and further explains that yield can be increased by making use of product filtrate. Structure of the product is proved right through the measure of melting point, the element analysis and the infrared spectrum analysis.
