摘要
研究用(+)-对烷氧基苯甲酸对′-2-甲基丁氧基苯酚酯液晶和(+)-对烷氧基苄叉对′氨基肉桂酸-2-甲基丁酯液晶制成的电光开关的微观结构,以及响应时间τ和对比度I与驱动电压V和液晶盆温度T的关系。τ随V的增加而减小,与V的倒数成正比关系;τ达10μs级;当V一定时,τ在T接近居里温度T_c处存在一极小值;I随V的增加而增加,随T的增加而减小。
The high-speed electro-optic switching of ferroelectric liquid crystals, ( + )-p-2-methylbutyloxyphenyl-p'-alkyloxybenzoate and (+)-p-alkoxybenzylidme-p' -amino-2-me-thylbutylcinnamate was prepared. Its micro-structure was studied, The applied voltage (V) and temperature (T) dependence of response time (τ) and contrast (I) was given and studied. Reachihg 10 μs range, τ decreases with increasing V and iS proportional to 1/V. To given V, there is a minimum of τ near to Curie temperature T_c. I inereases with increasing V and decreases with increasing T.
