摘要
通过倾斜蒸镀SiO,获得对铁电液晶分子的均匀定向。液晶单池的对比度达1501,响应速度达60μs,并具有良好的双稳性能。利用该定向方法制成的64×64电寻址铁电液晶空间光调制器,对比度高于801,帧数高于39/s。
By using oblique avaporation of SiO, uniform alignment of ferroeletric liquid crystal (FLC) is realized. For a FLC monodomain aligned by this method, the contrast is 150∶1, the response time is 60 μs and the bistability is excellent. A 64×64 electric addressed FLCSLM is also obtained by the same method, its contrast is higher than 80∶1 and frame rate is higher than 39 /s.
