摘要
利用丽格海棠盆栽植株叶片培养 ,成功地诱导出胚状体并获得再生植株。具体步骤如下 :Ⅰ .在MS +BA 1mg/L +NAA 4mg/L + 2 ,4 D 1mg/L培养基上预诱导 10d ;Ⅱ .在MS +BA 1mg/L培养基上胚性细胞发生胚状体 ;Ⅲ .在MS +IBA 0 .5mg/L培养基上小植株生根。组织切片观察表明 。
Somatic embryo formation was induced from leaves of Begonia × Elatior by a three step method:1.Embryonic cells were preliminary induced on MS+BA 1mg/L+NAA 4mg/L+2,4 D 1mg/L medium 10 days;2.Somatic embryo formation was observed on MS+BA 1mg/L medium;3.Roots were induced on MS+IBA 0.5mg/L medium.Histological study showed that the embryoid come from upper epidermal cell of the leaf.
