摘要
目的 评价股骨髁上交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端粉碎骨折的效果。方法 应用股骨髁上交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折 37例。闭合及小切口开放复位 ,做膝关节小切口 ,从股骨髁间窝处插入交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上及髁间粉碎骨折。结果 37例切口顺利愈合 ,无关节感染发生 ,骨折复位好 ,35例骨愈合平均 12 4周 ,膝关节屈曲平均 10 5°。结论 股骨髁上交锁髓内钉手术操作简单、固定可靠 ,对软组织破坏少 ,骨愈合率明显提高。
Objective To evaluate clinical effects of supracondylar locked intramedullary nail for the treatment of comminuted fracture of distal end of femur.[HT5”H]Methods [HT5”SS]37 patients with comminuted fracture of distal end of femur were treated with supracondylar locked intramedullary nail.After closed and open reduction with minimal incision,locked intramedullary nail were inserted into femoral intercondylar fossa through minimal incision performed in knee joint.[HT5”H]Results [HT5”SS]37 cases obtained per primum healing of the incision and satisfactory reduction of the fracture without intraarticular infection.Bone union of 35 cases occurred in an average of 12.4 weeks and the average flexion angle of knee joint was 105°.[HT5”H]Conclusion [HT5”SS]The merits of this apparatus for the treatment of comminuted fracture of distal end of femur are its simple manipulation,stable fixation,less injury to soft tissue and increase of bone union.
